Our policy on order changes and cancellations.
You can place your order directly through our website by browsing our collections, selecting your favourite pieces, and completing the checkout process. Once your order is received, we'll get in touch to confirm the details.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
You may request changes to your size, colour, or design details within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes can no longer be accommodated — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to adjust anything.
Returns and exchanges are not available on made-to-order or customised pieces. For eligible ready-to-wear items, an exchange request may be made within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
If you experience an issue with the fit or quality of your outfit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will guide you through the available options.
