Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and proceed with your order. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch. Please note that cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
Our standard production timeline is 4–6 weeks, depending on the design and level of handwork. Delivery timelines vary by location and begin once your order has been dispatched. Annie J is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and exchanges are not available on made-to-order or customised pieces. For eligible ready-to-wear items, an exchange request may be made within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
Customised and made-to-order outfits are created specifically for each customer. These pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please ensure all measurements, colours, and design details are confirmed before production begins.
To preserve the beauty and quality of your outfit, we recommend professional dry cleaning for embroidered and delicate pieces. Store garments in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and rough handling of embellishments.
